S.F Office/Home Delivery Service
• Orders can be delivered to designated locations selected by customer at checkout, please provide correct and valid address and contact information.
• SF Express will deliver the shipment before the specified time, please refer to “SF Delivery Time”. • Additional transit time may be required for shipments that are delivered to Hong Kong remoted areas. Please check your delivery address on SF Express website or consult SF Express Customer Service directly.
S.F. Store Self-pickup Service
• All +852/+853/+86 mobile number entered should be able to receive SMS notifications. Customer has to pick up the parcels at specified location within 3 days after receiving the SMS notification. Fails to do so, the uncollected parcels will be deemed to be discarded and will be destroyed without any refund/compensation. Customer should directly contact SF Express Customer Service Hotline for enquires relating to uncollected parcels.
S.F. Locker Self-pickup Service
• Orders can be delivered to SF Stores selected by customer at checkout. For location of SF Lockers, please refer to "SF Locker Locations". • All +852/+853/+86 mobile number entered should be able to receive SMS notifications. Customer has to pick up the parcels at specified location within 30 hours after receiving the SMS notification. Fails to do so, the uncollected parcels will be deemed to be discarded and will be destroyed without any refund/compensation. Customer should directly contact SF Express Customer Service Hotline for enquires relating to uncollected parcels.
