6. Participants should ensure that all personal data provided is accurate. In case of any disputes in relation to the definition of 「DC-1 Grand Prix 2022」, the decision of the contest organizer shall be final.
7. There is no refund/replacement once the products sold for this promotion.
8. Due to limited stock, orders might be cancelled as a result of over-subscription amid technical failures or other software incompatibilities. The company reserves the right to make the final decision.

11. Placing an available item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item. When order is placed, customers should complete the payment and the payment status must be shown as “paid”, otherwise, orders might be cancelled within 10 mins.
12. After the order is confirmed, customers will receive an order confirmation email sent by system. All transactions based on the order confirmation email, please confirm your contact information before placing order.
13. The company reserves the right to disqualify any participant using add-ons or any other informal channels such as empty or fake account or other ways that affect the fairness of this promotion, without further notification.
14. All items unit price of this promotion exclude any delivery fee. If purchase under required amount of free delivery offer, customers might bear the delivery cost.
15. Enjoy a complimentary delivery service upon net purchase of HK$500 or above. If purchase under required amount, the company will charge HK$50 delivery fee for any order.
16. Enjoy a complimentary delivery service at EASY TRADE Redemption Center upon net purchase of HK$300 or above. If purchase under required amount, the company will charge HK$25 delivery fee for any order.
17. Customers purchasing in TOYC Online Shop implies that you have read and understand the terms and conditions herein and agree to be bound by it. There will not make any refunds and exchanges if order is confirmed payment.
18. The collected personal data (name, phone number, email) will be passed on to contest organizer and only be used confirmation by the contest organizer.

Term and Conditions for using Consumption Voucher：
1. In any cases, consumption vouchers cannot be used for encashment.
2. Orders are unable to be amended if any consumption voucher is used for payment.
3. Ordered merchandise may be returned for refund or replacement or exchanged (provided that we reserve the right to choose which way) if purchased item is out of stock. 4. Delivery carton box is solely used for the purpose of delivery and does not form part of the ordered merchandise or its packaging.
