Consumption Voucher 2023

In general, all eligible persons will be disbursed with the consumption voucher 2023 (first instalment) on 16 April 2023 with HK$3,000, and the second instalment will be disbursed on 16 July 2023 with HK$2,000. TOYC and TOYC Kids accept consumption vouchers by using below stored value facility (“SVF”) account:

  2. Tap & Go (paid by VISA/Mastercard or Apple Pay)
  3. PayMe from HSBC

Terms & Conditions

  1. TOYC accept consumption vouchers by using specified stored value facility (“SVF”) account. Payment method including AlipayHK, Apple Pay, credit card (VISA/MASTER) and PayMe from HSBC.
  2. Expired consumption voucher cannot be used, the validity according to the stored value facility (“SVF”) account of the customer concerned.
  3. No encashment of consumption vouchers will be allowed.
  4. No cancellation and refund to the order involving the use of consumption voucher will be allowed after payment is made.
  5. If the ordered merchandise(s) could not be supplied due to our reason (including out of stock, ordered merchandise has been damaged, wrong merchandise has been delivered), you may exchange for other product(s) with equivalent value. The exchanged product merchandise(s) must be available to purchase on our website and its/their aggregate price must be higher or equal to the original order amount (Provided that you shall separately settle any deficiency), otherwise, the difference will not be refunded to you.
  6. If the packaging (whether the original packaging or not) has been damaged or folded during the course of delivery but the merchandise inside has not been affected, no replacement will be made by us.

Return/Cancel Order - Terms and Conditions

  1. Ordered merchandise may be returned for replacement or exchanged (provided that we reserve the right to choose which way) within seven (7) working days of receipt if the merchandise you ordered are faulty, defective or damaged and not caused by you or the merchandise are not what you ordered, provided that:
    (i) The merchandise are unused and in the condition originally sold together with all parts and accessories which are provided with the merchandise including manuals, certificates, labels, tags, consumables, bags, and boxes, etc.
    (ii) Supporting document (e.g. electronic receipt) to prove that merchandise(s) in problem is/ are purchased at our site;
    (iii)Sending us the photos (Total 6 photos: include front, back, left, right, top and bottom) or movies of the merchandise (s) in problem through email immediately;
    (iv)After received the required information, our company shall follow up the case based on the prescribed procedures.
  2. If the merchandise (s) in problem is/are out of stock, we would refund to you or exchange for other product(s) (provided that we reserve the right to choose which way). (The amount will be refunded to the consumption voucher of the customer concerned, if involve the use of a consumption voucher through AlipayHK, Tap & Go or PayMe from HSBC and we shall not be liable for any loss of the expired voucher.)   3. To exchange for another merchandise(s), the exchanged  merchandise(s) must be available to purchase on our website and its/their aggregate price must be higher or equal to the original order amount (Provided that you shall separately settle any deficiency).
  4. If you have purchased any items with any discount offered by promotional activities but the discount offer has expired at the time of the exchange, the discount shall not be taken into account. If the discount offer is offered by a 3rd party, the exchange shall be subject to the relevant terms and conditions of that 3rd party.
  5. Under any circumstances, delivery fee will not be refunded, if any.
  6. Delivery cartoon box is solely used for the purpose of delivery and does not form part of the ordered merchandise or its packaging. We will not provide any after sale service nor arrange for refund nor arrange for exchange in relation to the delivery label, damage or defect of the said delivery cartoon box.
