A: Click the “Sign In” icon in the upper right-hand corner, and select “Sign Up”. Please follow the steps to complete the registration. Remember to select the box “Send via Email and SMS” of “Shop Updated and Promotions”. Registration email will be sent to you as confirmation.
 

Q: I Am TOYC Member Already, Why I Do Not Receive Member Exclusive Promotion?

A: Please click the “Sign In” icon in the upper right-hand corner, and follow the steps to sign in. You should selected “Shop Updates and Promotion” box upon sign-up. If you haven’t select the box, please click “Sign-in” and select the box “Send via Email” of “Subscribed Email Notifications”. If you still haven’t receive member promotion email, please contact our customer service.

Q: If I Purchased From TOYC Before, Should I Re-Register?

About Store Credits

Q: How To Check my Store Credit and Expiry Date?
A: Please click “Sign In” icon in the upper right-hand corner, and click “Store Credits” column. You will find the credit Balance and expiry date.

Q: How To Use Store Credits?

A: When you go to Order Page, please insert the Store Credits amount in “Applied Store Credits” box. You can fill store credit amount by yourself. Upon purchase HK$500 or above, you can apply maximum $50 Store Credit for each order.

Example: If you don’t want to apply Store Credit, please insert $0 in the “Applied Store Credits” box.

Q: When I Cancel Order, Will You Return my Store Credits?
A: Store Credits can only be applied one time only. If you cancel order, the store credits that you applied is not able to return. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Q: I Am TOYC Member Already, Why I Do Not Receive Member Birthday Gift?
A: You should provide Birthday while "Sign-up", our system will send you birthday gift on your birthday automatically, please sign up your birthday on/before 2 days. If your sign-in date is later than your birthday, you may not receive birthday gift during that year. If you haven’t provide birthday, please click the “Sign In” icon and update profile, or contact our customer service.

Example: If your birthday is January 1st, your sign-in date is January 15th 2021. As Sign-in date is later than your birthday, so you may not receive birthday gift in 2021.
