3. After order is placed, customers should completed the payment within 10 minutes, and the payment status must be shown as “paid”, otherwise the orders might be cancelled.
4. After the order is confirmed, customers will receive an order confirmation email sent by system. All transactions based on the order confirmation email, please confirm your contact information before placing order.
5. Customers purchasing in TOYC Online Shop implies that you have read and understand the terms and conditions herein and agree to be bound by it. There will not make any refunds and exchanges if order is confirmed payment.
6. Enjoy a complimentary delivery service upon net purchase of HK$200 or above. If purchase under required amount, the company will charge HK$50 delivery fee for any order.
7. Enjoy a complimentary delivery service at EASY TRADE Redemption Center upon net purchase of HK$50 or above. If purchase under required amount, the company will charge HK$25 delivery fee for any order.
8. Apply up to HK$50 store credits upon net purchase over HK$500, applied amount determined by customers.
9. Discounts or free shipping offers are calculated on a single order basis. Therefore, it is not possible to make a discount for 2 or more orders by merging the orders.
10. Limited time discount or free shipping offer, generally the entire checkout process is required to complete at 23:59 on the end date.
11. The information provided herein and its contents are for reference only. In no event shall the Company be legally liable for any loss, damage, expenses, claim or costs arising from any person’s participation in the Campaign.
12. The Company may at any time modify the above Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
13. In case of any dispute, TOYC Online Shop reserves the right to make the final decision.
➤Terms and Conditions for using Consumption Voucher：
1. In any cases, consumption vouchers cannot be used for encashment.
2. Orders are unable to be amended if any consumption voucher is used for payment.
3. Ordered merchandise may be returned for refund or replacement or exchanged (provided that we reserve the right to choose which way) if purchased item is out of stock. (The amount will be refunded to the consumption voucher of the customer concerned, only transaction involving the use of a consumption voucher through AlipayHK, Payme from HSBC or Tap & Go has been completed. 4. Delivery carton box is solely used for the purpose of delivery and does not form part of the ordered merchandise or its packaging. We will not provide any after sale service nor arrange for refund nor arrange for exchange in relation to the delivery label, damage or defect of the said delivery carton box.
