I Am TOYC Member Already, Why I Do Not Receive Member Exclusive Promotion?

1. Please click the “Sign In” icon in the upper right-hand corner, and follow the steps to sign in.

2. Once you have successfully signed in, please click “Profile” and check if you selected the box “Send via Email” of “Subscribed Email Notifications”.

3. After selection, please click “Save Changes”, and you will Receive Member Exclusive Promotion and new products information.

4. If you already selected the box “Send via Email”, but did not receive any Member Exclusive Promotion and new products information. Please consult the TOYC Customer Service.
