Estimated Delivery Date and Time

1. To check your order status, please click the “Sign In” icon in the upper right-hand corner, and follow the steps to sign in. Upon signing in please click "My Account" and then click “Order”.

2. You can see the shipment tracking number that corresponds to your order number in the “Order” page.

3.1 For SF Express

Please check the delivery status with your order number on SF Express website. If you have any inquiries, please consult SF Express Customer Service directly.

Shipment will arrive at the destination in around 3 to 5 business days (the earliest) after payment (excluding order with pre-order items). Delivery service might be affected in light of festive occasion, special weather conditions, traffic disruption and the vacancy of SF lockers.

Remark: Home Delivery service is not available on Sundays and Public Holidays; Office Delivery service is not available on Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays. If self pick-up at SF lockers has been selected, delivery may be postponed due to no vacancy of SF lockers.

3.2 For EASY TRADE

Shipment will arrive at the Redemption Center 3 working days (the earlies) after paymetn (excluding order with pre-order items). Upon arrival at the EASY TRADE Redemption Center, TOYC will send an e-mail notification. The customer will be required to collect the shipment within 14 days. Each shipping order is subject to HK$50 delivery charge after 14  days.

Order with Pre-order Items

If customers’ order including pre-order items, please noted that whole order will be delivered together accourding to the last arrival date of pre-order item(s). The arrival date of pre-order items shall be subject to the official launching date.

TOYC will deliver all items to customers in around 3 to 5 business days under normal circumstances after the last pre-order items' arrival.
