1. In any cases, consumption vouchers cannot be used for encashment.
2. Orders are unable to be amended if any consumption voucher is used for payment.
3. Ordered merchandise may be returned for refund or replacement or exchanged (provided that we reserve the right to choose which way) if purchased item is out of stock. (The amount will be refunded to the consumption voucher of the customer concerned, only transaction involving the use of a consumption voucher through AlipayHK, Payme or Tap & Go has been completed.
