TOYC Store Credit-Terms and Conditions:
1. The promotion begins at 09:00AM (UTC +8) on 25 Nov 2022 and ends at 18:00 (UTC +8) on 28 Nov 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).
2. The promotion is only applicable for TOYC sliver members, gold members and platinum members.
3. TOYC sliver members can reward up to 4% store credit, gold members can reward up to 5% store credit and platinum members can reward up to 6% store credit, upon purchase HK$500 or above during promotion period.
4. Upon purchase HK$500 or above, TOYC members can apply maximum HK$50 store credit for each order. Usage of store credit amount depends on customers’ decision, customers can fill in the amount by clicking “Applied Store Credits” in order summary before proceed to checkout.
5. In any cases, store credit is non-refundable and it cannot be used or redeemed for cash.
6. Store credit is only valid to be used before expiry date and used for once. Store credit will not be re-issued if cancel order. Please refer to your member account and check the expiry date of store credit.
7. Customers can enjoy member's discount after registered TOYC memberships reward scheme successfully, including new members discount, birthday gifts, and store credit.
8. Placing an available item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item. When order is placed, customers should complete the payment and the payment status must be shown as “paid”, otherwise, orders might be cancelled within 10 mins.
9. After the order is confirmed, customers will receive an order confirmation email sent by system. All transactions based on the order confirmation email, please confirm your contact information before placing order.

2. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with part of promotion coupon codes.
3. The promotion is only applicable for TOYC gold members and platinum members, not applicable for TOYC sliver members.
4. TOYC gold members and platinum members can receive one free shipping coupon during promotion period. The coupon can only be redeemed and used upon sign in to your members account.
5. During this promotion, any upgradation to TOYC gold members or platinum members, they will not be able to receive the coupon.
6. The coupon is only be used for once and will not be re-issued if cancel order.
7. The coupon is only valid to be used before expiry date and will not be re-issued. Usage of the coupon depends on customers’ decision, customers can select the coupon by clicking “Apply A Coupon Code” in order summary before proceed to checkout.
8. Discounts or free shipping offers are calculated on a single order basis. Therefore, it is not possible to make a discount for 2 or more orders by merging the orders.

Term and Conditions for using Consumption Voucher
1. In any cases, consumption vouchers cannot be used for encashment.
2. Orders are unable to be amended if any consumption voucher is used for payment.
3. Ordered merchandise may be returned for refund or replacement or exchanged (provided that we reserve the right to choose which way) if purchased item is out of stock. (The amount will be refunded to the consumption voucher of the customer concerned, only transaction involving the use of a consumption voucher through AlipayHK, Payme or Tap & Go has been completed. 4. Delivery carton box is solely used for the purpose of delivery and does not form part of the ordered merchandise or its packaging.
