TERMS & CONDITIONS apply to all promotions:
1. The Promotion is separated into two phases. (Hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).
-1st phase promotion: The promotion begins at 13:00 (UTC +8) on 19 Aug 2022 and ends at 23:59 (UTC +8) on 26 Aug 2022.
-2nd phase promotion: The promotion begins at 13:00 (UTC +8) on 29 Aug 2022 and ends at 23:59 (UTC +8) on 30 Sep 2022.
2.1) 1st phase promotion: Receive one premium GSI GMA02 GUNDAM MARKER AIRBRUSH HANDPIECE (COMPRESSED AIR NOT INCLUDED) as free gift, upon net purchase of Model Kits category over HK$500 or above. Each order will receive one free gift only.
2.2) 2nd phase promotion: Receive one premium GSI XGM100 GUNDAM MARKER EX GUNDAM PLATED SILVER as free gift, upon net purchase of Model Kits category over HK$250 or above. Each order will receive one free gift only.
3. 1st phase promotion is only applicable for TOYC Silver member, Gold member and Platinum member. 2nd phase promotion is applicable for all TOYC members.
4. Requirements of upgrading/changing membership levels, is to complete order with designated amount, and the order status shown as “Confirmed”.
5. About upgrading/changing membership levels, it will be updated and effective within 1-2 business days.
6. Before placing an order, please confirm this premium promotion rule has been included in shopping cart and "Applied Promotion", otherwise the order will not be able to enjoy this offer.
7. Due to limited stock for free gift, orders might be cancelled as a result of over-subscription amid technical failures or other software incompatibilities. The company reserves the right to make the final decision.

otherwise the orders might be cancelled.

10. The company reserves the right to disqualify any participant using add-ons or any other informal channels such as empty or fake account or other ways that affect the fairness of this promotion, without further notification.
11. Enjoy a complimentary delivery service upon net purchase of HK$500 or above. If purchase under required amount, the company will charge HK$50 delivery fee for any order.
12. Enjoy a complimentary delivery service at EASY TRADE Redemption Center upon net purchase of HK$300 or above. If purchase under required amount, the company will charge HK$25 delivery fee for any order.
13. Apply up to HK$50 store credits upon net purchase over HK$500, applied amount determined by customers.
14. Discounts or free shipping offers are calculated on a single order basis. Therefore, it is not possible to make a discount for 2 or more orders by merging the orders.
15. Limited time offer, generally the entire checkout process is required to complete at 23:59 on the end date.

Term and Conditions for using Consumption Voucher：
1. In any cases, consumption vouchers cannot be used for encashment.
2. Orders are unable to be amended if any consumption voucher is used for payment.
3. Ordered merchandise may be returned for refund or replacement or exchanged (provided that we reserve the right to choose which way) if purchased item is out of stock. (The amount will be refunded to the consumption voucher of the customer concerned, only transaction involving the use of a consumption voucher through AlipayHK, Payme from HSBC or Tap & Go has been completed. 4. Delivery carton box is solely used for the purpose of delivery and does not form part of the ordered merchandise or its packaging.
