Split Order
Delivery Fee & Shipment Method
Delivery Fee for Split Order
If customers choose to split order, TOYC will charge delivery fee for any split order based on our shipment fee. Please contact our Customer Service for assistance once after order has been placed and settled payment. For details, please refer to FAQs section: “About Shipment Fee” of “Shipment and Delivery Fee”.
Free local delivery by SF Express upon net purchase of HK$400 or above for each order after split, and free self pick up delivery fee at EASY TRADE Redemption Center upon net purchase of HK$200 or above for each order after split.
If net purchase amount for each order after split is under required amount, we will charge delivery fee for any split order.
Delivery Mode
Please noted that the delivery Mode of split order will based on your original order, no amendment will be allowed for any split order.
