Since pre-order items allocation decided by toy brands, quantity of pre-order items might be mismatch with actual quantity. TOYC will allocate pre-order items by orders’ sequence, first order first serve. Thank you for your understanding.
If customers do not receive pre-order items due to storage, our customer service specialist will contact you within 7 business days for return processing.
If you have any inquires about return processing*, please refer to FAQs section: “Nonconformity with Damaged Items/Missing Parts” and “About Wrong Items” of “Return and After-Sales Services”.
*Noted that all shipping fee will be excluded in any refund. In case of any dispute, TOYC reserves the rights of final and absolute discretion.
