1. In any cases, consumption vouchers cannot be used for encashment.
2. Orders are unable to be amended if any consumption voucher is used for payment.
3. Ordered merchandise may be returned for refund or replacement or exchanged (provided that we reserve the right to choose which way) if purchased item is out of stock. 4. Delivery cartoon box is solely used for the purpose of delivery and does not form part of the ordered merchandise or its packaging. We will not provide any after sale service nor arrange for refund nor arrange for exchange in relation to the delivery label, damage or defect of the said delivery cartoon box.
