METAL BUILD FESTIVAL 2024 Exclusive Product "Purchase Right" Event

1. Each SPOT Exclusive Product is limited to 1 "purchase right" per person per round.

2. There are 2 rounds of collection activities, with different opening and pick-up dates for each round. Please choose the pick-up time for each round when collecting the "purchase right".

3. Each account and phone number can only collect each SPOT Exclusive item once per round. If duplicate collections are found, the "purchase rights" of the limited edition products for that round will be canceled without prior notice.

4. After successfully receiving the "purchase right," you cannot change the collection information, including the name of the recipient, the phone number of the order, and the pick-up time slot. To ensure a smooth pick-up, please confirm all information is correct when collecting.

5. "Purchase rights" are open to everyone, TOYC member accounts can pre-set personal information to expedite the collection process.

6. After collecting the "purchase right", you must arrive at TAMASHII SPOT HONG KONG (Langham Place) on the specified date and time for payment and pick-up.

7. The quantity of each TAMASHII NATIONS POP-UP SPOT exclusive product "Purchase Rights" is limited and will end when all are distributed.

8. This collection activity is free of charge, adding items to the cart does not guarantee successful collection. Orders must complete the payment process and show as "paid" to be considered confirmed.

Instructions

1. After successfully receiving the exclusive product "Purchase Right," customers will receive an order confirmation email from TOYC to the order email address provided.

2. Customers must arrive at TAMASHII SPOT HONG KONG (Langham Place) on the designated date and time. The on-site staff will ask the recipient to log in to their TOYC account and send a pick-up verification WhatsApp message to the registered phone number, payment and pick-up can only be completed after verification.
