2. This promotion is only applicable for TOYC Silver member, Gold member and Platinum member.
3. Requirements of upgrading/changing membership levels, is to complete order with designated amount, and the order status shown as “successful”.
4. About upgrading/changing membership levels, it will be updated and effective within 1-2 business days.
5. Due to limited stock, orders might be canceled as a result of over-subscription amid technical failures or other software incompatibilities. The company reserves the right to make the final decision.
6. Delays may occur for updates on the preferential prices of promotion products due to technical factors such as system overload. All item unit prices of this promotion will be reflected on the final order summary column of the order page.
7. After the order is placed, customers should complete the payment within 10 minutes, and the payment status must be shown as “paid”, otherwise the orders might be canceled.

11. Enjoy a complimentary delivery service upon net purchase of HK$400 or above. If purchase under required amount, the company will charge HK$50 delivery fee for any order.
12. Enjoy a complimentary delivery service at EASY TRADE Redemption Center upon net purchase of HK$300 or above. If purchase under required amount, the company will charge HK$25 delivery fee for any order.

14. Apply up to HK$50 store credits upon net purchase over HK$500, applied amount determined by customers.

Term and Conditions for using Consumption Voucher：
1. In any cases, consumption vouchers cannot be used for encashment.
2. Orders are unable to be amended if any consumption voucher is used for payment.
