TERMS & CONDITIONS apply to all promotions:
1. The promotion begins at 16:00 (UTC +8) on 23 Aug 2021 and ends at 23:59 (UTC +8) on 27 Aug 2021 (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).
2. This promotion is only applicable for TOYC Silver member, Gold member and Platinum member.
3. Requirements of upgrading/changing membership levels, is to complete order with designated amount, and the order status shown as “successful”.
4. About upgrading/changing membership levels, it will be updated and effective within 1 to 2 business day.
5. The payment method of this promotion is not applicable for Google Pay and Apply Pay.
6. Due to limited stock, orders might be cancelled as a result of over-subscription amid technical failures or other software incompatibilities. The company reserves the right to make the final decision.
7. Delay may occur for updates on the preferential prices of promotion products due to technical factors such as system overload. All items unit price of this promotion will be reflected on the final order summary column of order page.
8. After order is placed, customers should completed the payment within 10 minutes, and the payment status must be shown as “paid”, otherwise the orders might be cancelled.
9. After the order is confirmed, customers will receive an order confirmation email sent by system. All transactions based on the order confirmation email, please confirm your contact information before placing order.
10. The company reserves the right to disqualify any participant using add-ons or any other informal channels such as empty or fake account or other ways that affect the fairness of this promotion, without further notification.
11. All items unit price of this promotion exclude any delivery fee. If purchase under required amount of free delivery offer, customers might bear the delivery cost.
12. Enjoy a complimentary delivery service upon net purchase of HK$500 or above. If purchase under required amount, the company will charge HK$50 delivery fee for any order.
13. Enjoy a complimentary delivery service at EASY TRADE Redemption Center upon net purchase of HK$300 or above. If purchase under required amount, the company will charge HK$25 delivery fee for any order.
14. Apply up to HK$50 store credits upon net purchase over HK$500, applied amount determined by customers.
15. Discounts or free shipping offers are calculated on a single order basis. Therefore, it is not possible to make a discount for 2 or more orders by merging the orders.
16. Limited time discount or free shipping offer, generally the entire checkout process is required to complete at 23:59 on the end date.
17. Customers purchasing in TOYC Online Shop implies that you have read and understand the terms and conditions herein and agree to be bound by it.
